So in a nutshell, do you agree with a dollarization in Argentina considering there is No rule of law ? 😅

The cases of Ecuador, and so far El Salvador, show that a well-designed dollarization is a robust institution. It imports, in your words, a 'rule of law' component that is very difficult to eliminate or ignore.

In a case such as Argentina, dollarization is an institutional reform first, and a monetary policy reform second.
